SEC /→ XRP

The pair and the reward asset are the same thing.

A fee on trading activity is collected in XRP and distributed to eligible holders according to the token's on-chain reward mechanics.

3% of every SEC / XRP trade is collected in XRP and shared between holders. Your cut is your share of the supply.

Your XRP=Your SEC ÷ Eligible supply×XRP collected

Example: 1,000,000 XRP of daily volume collects 30,000 XRP. Hold 1% of the supply and you receive 300 XRP that day. Hold 0.1%, you receive 30 XRP.

Paid in XRP, automatically. The more SECcash trades, the more XRP is distributed.

    sys.history

    The SEC wanted privacy.
    Now they have it.

For five years the SEC fought to keep its own files sealed. It lost every round. So we gave it what it wanted, and gave the XRP back.

    1. DEC 2020

      The dispute begins

The SEC sues Ripple, claiming every XRP sale since 2013 was an unregistered securities offering. The most closely followed regulatory case in crypto starts.

    2. JAN 2022

      The SEC asks for privacy

Ripple asks for the internal emails and drafts behind a 2018 speech in which SEC official William Hinman said Ether was not a security. The SEC claims privilege: it wants its own thinking kept private. Magistrate Judge Netburn orders the documents produced, and when the SEC asks her to reconsider, refuses: Having insisted that it reflected Hinman's personal views, the SEC cannot now reject its own position.

    3. MAY 2023

      Privacy denied

The SEC's last attempt: seal the Hinman documents from the public record. Judge Torres refuses, ruling they do not relate to an agency position, decision or policy. The files go public in June. A month later the court rules that XRP sold on public exchanges is not a security.

    4. AUG 2025

      Case closed

Both sides drop their appeals. Five years, zero privacy, and one of the largest and most engaged communities in crypto still standing.

    5. 2026

      The SEC gets its privacy

SECcash launches, quoted in XRP and paying XRP. The SEC finally gets to keep something to itself. XRP holders get paid.
